30-Night Trial

Customers may check out their mattress or choose a sleep accessory for 30 nights before considering whether or not to keep it.

Customers who wish to return a product must do so between the 30th and 30th nights after the date it was delivered.

After the 30-Night Trial period is over, Meublesengros will not accept returns.

Returns can be requested from My Account.

Order Cancellations and General Returns

You must contact us before initiating returns or receiving refunds.

Go to Contact Us and fill out the “Email Us” form there to cancel your order. Your Order Number must be mentioned.

30-Night Trial

Policies

The 30-Night Trial period begins once the order is received.
Customers should return their Meublesengros mattress or select sleep accessories in good condition after the 30th night but before the 31st night. Meublesengros will pay all shipping expenses and offer a complete refund within two business days after the
confirmation of pickup.
Each household is entitled to one 30-Night Trial, as identified by name, address, payment method, or other personally identifiable information. If multiple items are purchased in a single transaction, each product has a separate trial.
Returning clients who have completed their original 30-Night Trial without requesting a return will be offered a complimentary 30-Night Trial on a new Meublesengros mattress or select sleep accessory purchase. Meublesengros has the right to refuse a 30-Night Trial to a client who has returned a mattress from a previous transaction.
Foundations can be returned at any time within the 30-Night Trial period of an associated Meublesengros mattress, however, charges are applicable as described in the General Return Policy.
Returns of mattresses or select sleep accessories under the 30-Night Trial should be in good condition. Meublesengros will not accept a refund if the items have been tampered with or mistreated by the consumer beyond reasonable wear; have been physically damaged intentionally or accidentally by, but not limited to, burns, scars, tears, water, stains, or body fluids; or are otherwise unusually dirty or unhygienic.
Even if a mattress cushion or protector is not essential during your 30-Night Trial, we do recommend it because it will help avoid damage to your Meublesengros mattress.

Returning Your Mattress or Select Sleep Accessory

When we receive your return request, we will assist you in gathering the important information (including product photographs) and will offer you instructions on how to prepare your items for return. To get it prepared for pick-up, you’ll need the original plastic wrap (or any other protective covering).
While we usually attempt to have your product picked up within two business days after the necessary information is received, it can occasionally take up to ten business days. If the product has been transferred from the original delivery destination, or if the original shipment destination is in a remote region, additional pickup charges may apply. For further information, please contact us.
On the day of pickup, the product must be arranged on the ground floor of your home or apartment/condo building.

General Ordering Policy

Merchant Verification

Some customers will be asked via email to complete further verification before their product is shipped. If additional authentication is required, shipment dates may be postponed until all necessary information is received. Please add info@Meublesengros.ca to your contact list and check your spam folder after placing your order to ensure that you get all mail from us.

General Shipping Policy

Weather Delays

In the situation of delivery delays imposed by poor weather, we will notify Meublesengros customers as soon as possible. To get the most current information on delays in your location, please visit SHIPPING COMPANY or call the Meublesengros customer support department at (855) 215-9509.

Labour Strikes

If labor strikes interrupt manufacturing or shipment, your Meublesengros product(s) may be delayed. We will notify Meublesengros customers who might be affected by labor strikes as soon as possible.

General Return Policy

Mattresses and Select Accessories

Meublesengros Mattresses, Mattress Protection, Down Duvets, and Hand Knit Heavy Blankets can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the product is in its original, unopened packaging and Meublesengros has arranged for return transportation. All returns after 14 days must pass through our 30-Night Sleep Trial (see above).
If you bought the wrong size, Meublesengros will arrange for a return, refund, and repurchase AS LONG AS YOUR PRODUCT IS UNUSED. Delivery charges may apply.
Meublesengros will not pay for third-party delivery costs.

Foundations

Meublesengros foundations purchased separately from a Meublesengros mattress can be returned within 14 days of receiving if they are in their original, unopened packaging and Meublesengros has arranged for return transportation. All foundation
refunds will be subject to an environmental fee equal to 20% of the original price of the foundation, as well as any return shipping expenses.
Opened Meublesengros foundations that are not related to a Meublesengros mattress purchase cannot be returned.

Pillows, Pillow Protectors, Sheet Sets, Down Alternative Duvets, & Classic Weighted Blankets

Accessories can be returned within 14 days of receiving them in their original, unopened packaging.
Returns are subject to return shipping expenses, which must be arranged by Meublesengros. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the overall refund amount.
Products that are opened, used, or removed from their original packaging are not returnable.

Adjustable Beds

Podium adjustable beds can be returned in their original, unopened packaging within 3 days of delivery.
Returns are subject to return shipping expenses, which must be arranged by Meublesengros. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the overall refund amount.
Podium adjustable beds that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packing are not returnable.
Returns should be coordinated with the Meublesengros customer support team before starting the return procedure, and you must obtain confirmation from our customer support team before returning your product.

Metal Bed Frames

Metal bed frames are not returnable or exchangeable.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within two business days of receiving the returned items. Refunds are sent to the original buyer’s credit card or PayPal account. It may take up to 14 business days for refunds to appear on your bank statement.

Promotional Offers

Promotional offers, including (but not limited to) rewards with purchase, discount offers, and two-for-one events, are only valid until the day and time specified in the promotion, or until supplies run out. Offers on out-of-stock products will not be extended
past the promotion’s end date.
Once all relevant products are added to the cart, discount codes are automatically applied at checkout.
Other discounts or promotions cannot be combined with these offers.
On PayBright orders, promotional offers are not valid.
Offers and/or discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to purchases made prior to the start date of the offer.
There is no limitation on the number of times an offer can be redeemed while the promotion is active, unless otherwise stated.
In the case of a return, refunds will be granted in accordance with the General Return Policy.

Contests and Giveaways

Mattresses awarded through contests and giveaways are eligible for return within the 30-night trial period; however, no monetary refund will be issued, and no exchanges will be permitted.
Our Customer Service team will work with contest winners directly to arrange for pickup and donation of returned mattresses.
In the event of a product defect occurring within the 20-year warranty period, exchanges will be honoured as subject to the terms of our Warranty policy.

Any delay or failure in deleting such content is not our responsibility. If you publish content that we choose to delete, you agree to such removal and waive any claim against us.

We take no responsibility for any content uploaded by you or any other third-party user of our website. However, any content posted by you using any open communication tools on our website becomes the property of Meubles En Gros, provided that it does not violate or infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks, and as such grants us a permanent, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive license to reproduce, edit, adapt, translate, publish, publicly display, and/or distribute as we see appropriate. This only applies to content shared using the abovementioned open communication technologies; it excludes information provided as part of the registration procedure, which is required in order to access our Resources. Orders

Despite our efforts to maintain an error-free website, we cannot guarantee that any content, including price and product information, is entirely correct or up to date. If we find a pricing mistake, we’ll fix it on our systems and apply the new price to your purchase. Meublesengros Canada Inc reserves the right to withdraw any advertised offer and to correct any mistakes, inconsistencies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted and accepted).

Financing

The minimum purchase value of the cart, before taxes and fees, must be $79.99 in order to qualify for financing. Options for making payments with PayBright . Your rate ranges from 0% to 30% APR (where available and subject to provincial regulatory limitations). The offered APR is determined by creditworthiness and is dependent upon qualifying. Customers may not all be qualified for 0% APR. Payment methods vary per retailer, are subject to your purchase quantity, and might not be accessible in all provinces and territories. You fully acknowledge and agree that any claim against us shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for usage of the products and/or services, in accordance with the limitation of warranties described above. To the maximum extent authorized by applicable law, Meubles En Gros will not be liable for any modifications, data loss or corruption, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime that you may experience as a result of using our Resources.

Copyrights/Trademarks

The website www.meublesengros.ca owns all of the intellectual property found there, which is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. This includes all text, graphics, website name, code, photos, and logos. Without prior written consent from Meubles En Gros, any inappropriate use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, exhibition, or transmission of any content on this website is strictly prohibited.

Termination of Use

You acknowledge and agree that for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of this User Agreement, we may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or a portion of our website and Resources with or without prior notice. Relationships may end if there is any suspicion of illegal, dishonest, or abusive behaviour, and this suspicion may be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agencies. Upon suspension or termination, your ability to use the Resources we provide will immediately terminate, and we reserve the right to remove or destroy any data you may have saved with us, including any login or account information.

Governing Law

This website is managed by Meubles En Gros from our headquarters in the province of Quebec, Canada. Most countries throughout the world have access to it. Since each country’s laws may differ from those of Quebec, by visiting our website, you agree that the statutes and laws of Quebec will apply to all matters relating to the use of this website and the purchase of any products or services through this site, without regard to conflict of laws and the United Nations Convention on the International Sales of Goods.
