30-Night Trial

Customers may check out their mattress or choose a sleep accessory for 30 nights before considering whether or not to keep it.

Customers who wish to return a product must do so between the 30th and 30th nights after the date it was delivered.

After the 30-Night Trial period is over, Meublesengros will not accept returns.

Returns can be requested from My Account.

Order Cancellations and General Returns

You must contact us before initiating returns or receiving refunds.

Go to Contact Us and fill out the “Email Us” form there to cancel your order. Your Order Number must be mentioned.

Weather Delays

Labour Strikes

If labor strikes interrupt manufacturing or shipment, your Meublesengros product(s) may be delayed. We will notify Meublesengros customers who might be affected by labor strikes as soon as possible.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within two business days of receiving the returned items. Refunds are sent to the original buyer’s credit card or PayPal account. It may take up to 14 business days for refunds to appear on your bank statement.

Orders
